Project Impact Documentary

Nexus Bench was commissioned to produce the **Final Impact Documentary** for the ECOFISH project. While the project itself involved 14 partners (including WorldFish, USAID, and various universities) working to improve the resilience of the Meghna River ecosystem, our specific role was **storytelling**. **The Production Challenge:** We had to visually represent the massive scale of the project, covering: • The adaptive co-management in hilsa shad sanctuaries. • The economic transformation of 908 fishing households. • The biodiversity conservation of 158,095 hectares. Our team handled the scripting, filming, and post-production to create a lasting record of how this initiative helped 34,676 people exit poverty.
